Potatoes in Parmesan wedges, with baked garlic

Then the potatoes are washed and cut into quarters but without removing the skin.
Meanwhile, place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with tablespoons of olive oil, stir and set aside.
Then, in a bowl, we place the different seasonings, such as salt and garlic powder.
Sprinkle immediately over potatoes and Parmesan cheese.
The next step is to place them on the baking sheet with the skin or shell facing down and previously oiled.

As a finishing touch, we can add chopped parsley to garnish and salad dressings or a special sauce to dip the potato wedges.
Ready to serve and enjoy!
