Spaghetti Bolognese A Delight

500 g of ground beef
400 g tomato puree or tomato pulp
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 medium carrot, finely grated
1 stalk of celery
2 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 knob of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
1 good pinch of powdered nutmeg
1 teaspoon sweet pepper (paprika)
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
1 packet of spaghetti (500 g)
